This gang wears a white mask (refer to video called False Pretense - TRJA) that can also flip and become black for when stealth is needed. It is optional which side you want to wear in general.
The comedy/tradgedy tattoo is on their back, near the shoulder, on the right side. The comedy tattoo is white and the tradgedy tattoo is black.
Organization.
Mykolas has made it to where he has a council and second-in-command to give advice when it is needed, though, he makes the ultimate decision. Below that are the specialized individuals (spies, moles, assassians, ect) and then the fighters (members). The Dealers help with the trade, making the gang profit, and the recruits are the first reserve to go to battle when a war has erupted. Recruits are the lowest rank avaliable.

Brief History.
A gang that was developed in 1967 by Mykolas Mielkus, nearly 19 at the time. Mykolas gained members by fighting with leaders of smaller gangs, winning and taking their members. Most fights were to the death, by order of his opponent. Any members not in agreement with the victor were instantly put to death, bribed, or a negotiation was made in some way to change their views. This method, along with Mykolas's form of organization, made his group quickly flourish and grow.
Soon, he was approached by a young gang from Russia, asking for trade. Mykolas, being a rather considerate man, took this offer and the two gangs become allies. The Russian Gang, Finger Puppets, and his own, remained allies till 1970. Personal matters broke the two apart and the gangs turned on each other. It is a personal goal of the gang's to destroy Finger Puppets, and they often cause trouble for them.
