Name.
Czterech Pokladach (The Four Decks)
Origin.
Poland
Leaders.
TBA
Symbol.
Depending on the position in the gang, a member will have either a spade, club, heart, or diamond tattooed on their wrist. Spades and clubs are in black ink, whereas diamond and heart are both red. To show rank, underneath the suit is either a number from 2-10, a J, a Q, a K, or an A. If a special chooses to take the tattoo, a Jk will be written.
Sign.
People in this gang learn to use sign language. There are specific phrases they can use to signify they are a part of the gang, most often riddles. They also have developed a system of sounds to alert each other, possibly common bird calls or housepet calls, and spread warnings quickly.
Organization.
Rather than one single leader, Czterech Pokladach has four leaders ("Kings"), one for each suit; Heart King, Club King, Spade King and Diamond King. They each control only how they direct those in their own suit, and cannot directly interfere with one another's. Normally, the Spades deal with territory, the Clubs deal in money and bribery, the Hearts with muscle, and the Diamonds handle gang negotiations. The "Royals" and Aces of each suit are required to have personalities and intellects suitable to their respective suit's qualities.
Only the so-called "Royals" have a hierarchy, which goes: King -> Queen -> Jack. Aces aren't technically Royals, but they're above the numbers and below the Jacks. Numbered members haven't got any higher ranking than each other (i.e. a 9 isn't higher than a 3 and a 2 isn't higher than a 5).
Enemies/Neutrals/Allies.
Enemies| None
Neutrals| Mörder ohne Gesicht (Faceless Killers); Fantomai Lietuva (Phantoms of Lithuania); Palets Kukolʹnyĭ Mafiya (Finger Puppets Mafia)
Allies| None
Brief History.
